Plumber, tiler, electrician, joiner: we plan them and answer for all of them. You call one number, not four.
A fixed date to shower again
Start date, end date and the days the room is out of use, written in the quote. We keep to them.
Waterproofing done properly
A waterproofing membrane under every walk-in shower and around the bath, before the first tile. It is where leaks start.
Insured, and guaranteed
Ten-year insurance on waterproofing and the work on the building, two years on fitted equipment, one year to put anything right.

We measure the room, check pipes, drain, ventilation and electrics, and talk about how you use it.
2Plan and written quote
A layout and 3D views, the tiles and fittings chosen with you, each trade and each day written in the quote.
3Removal and networks
The old bathroom taken out, water, drains and electrics brought to the new layout, waterproofing laid.
4Tiling, fitting, handover
Tiles, fittings and furniture in place, everything tested, the room cleaned, then a walk-through together.
Good to know before you start
10 % VAT in a home over two years old
Labour and the equipment we supply and fit are invoiced at 10 %. New homes and business premises: 20 %.
Adapting a bathroom can be part-funded
MaPrimeAdapt' from the Anah can fund part of the work for people over 70, or from 60 in loss of autonomy, or with a disability, under income conditions. Apply before the work starts.
Water and electricity, kept apart
Around the bath and shower, safety zones forbid sockets, except a shaver point, and every circuit is protected at 30 mA. We check it before tiling.
In a flat, the drain decides
A level-access shower needs a fall to the drain. We check it at the visit, and anything touching the shared pipes goes through the building manager.
